Delivery Policy

We are currently only doing deliveries within Namibia. For Windhoek deliveries, we do product deliveries every Sunday between 11h00 and 14h00. Windhoek delivery costs are priced at N$20 for orders that are under N$400. Windhoek orders over N$400 will receive free deliveries.For outside of Windhoek deliveries, we will make use of a local courier such as NamPost. Out of Windhoek delivery will take 2 to 7 working days. Cost of outside Windhoek deliveries will depend on NamPost Domestic tariffs for parcels based on locations.

Delivery costs will be added to your total cost. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a no return and refund policy. However if you are dissatisfied with a product, please send an email with your complaint to yashena.nam@gmail.com. We will address any issues on that platform
